- Years ago I was in the car with some colleagues and we passed a grey haired guy walking down the street. Now, it was a REALLY hot day. This guy was wearing business slacks, shoes and was carrying a briefcase. But he had no shirt on. He was the topless exective.

Yes, I figured that, but only after I actually saw the URL up on my browser.
I first coined the phrase TTE when I was in the car with some colleagues on a very hot day. We drove past a white haired man in business slacks, carrying a briefcase. But he wasn't wearing a shirt - he was completely topless. The image has stuck with me.
